Sarah Kaye ‘The Rainmaker Lawyer Recruiter’ is the driving force behind SK Partners – a London based Rainmaker Lawyer recruitment company that places lawyers in UK and Global law firms. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the legal world, both as a lawyer and as a legal search consultant. Initially inspired by a book she read in her teens about a successful female lawyer, Sarah was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and spent almost fifteen years in private practice. As a partner in a highly rated law firm in London, Sarah specialised in all areas of family law, and dealt in particular with complex financial – and often high profile – cases for high net worth individuals.
Sarah moved into legal recruitment in 2006 when she joined an independent legal search boutique in the City. Since then she has successfully handled and completed partner level assignments for a range of clients from small to medium sized London firms to ‘Top 20′ firms, and London based US firms.
